1. Data controller. MODECTO acts as the data controller for personal data processed through this website and project enquiry processes under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
2. Data processed. We may process your name, email address, company or brand information, requested service, project description and other information you choose to provide. Technical data such as IP address, browser/device information and page-view data may also be processed for security and performance purposes.
3. Purposes. Data may be processed to evaluate project enquiries, communicate with you, manage proposal and service processes, secure the website, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations and measure service quality.
4. Legal grounds. Depending on the activity, processing may rely on performance or establishment of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests and, where required, explicit consent.
5. Transfers. Data may be shared only as necessary with hosting, database, email, analytics and similar technical service providers. Some providers may process data outside Türkiye; such transfers are managed in accordance with applicable KVKK requirements.
